I offer a safe, grounded space to calm the overwhelm, reconnect with yourself, and begin to heal. Together, we’ll work toward stability, clarity, and a sense of strength you can trust again. I work with adults navigating anxiety, chronic stress, trauma, relationship stress, and life transitions such as divorce, and faith crisis or spiritual concerns.
As a licensed psychotherapist, I’m here to listen, support, and help you find your way back to balance and inner strength. My approach blends nervous system regulation, somatic therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care with evidence-based interventions from neuroscience and attachment theory.
